Heldrich Condominiums
The Heldrich condominiums are located in the center of downtown New Brunswick, directly across from New Brunswick's theater district. Heldrich is conveniently located on George Street making it within walking distance to fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. The building is also home to the Heldrich hotel and condominium owners benefit from the many amenities Heldrich has to offer, including full concierge service, full room service, and maid service. The Heldrich has both one and two bedroom condos for sale and rent. Residents have access to enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room, and sauna. Fulton Square
Fulton Square is a townhouse and condominium community located between Livingston Ave and Georges Rd. Fulton Square is located just outside of downtown New Brunswick, however, is still conveniently located a short drive away from everything New Brunswick has to offer. The complex has both 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums. Fulton Square condos are much more reasonably priced than the condominiums in downtown New Brunswick and maintenance fees are approximately $160 a month. Hampton Club
Hampton Club is a gated community conveniently located near the Jersey Avenue train station. Hampton Club offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condominiums. The community has a clubhouse, basketball courts, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Although the Hampton Club is located outside downtown New Brunswick, it is still within a short drives distance to public transportation and downtown New Brunswick.
